.: Client Projects :.
Although we are not commissioning any developers for specific client projects at this time, we are always interested in hearing from talented people. Please feel free to send us an e-mail with a link to your portfolio website and we'll see if we can find a project to match your skills.

Details:

These are commissioned projects:
You will be paid an upfront fee for the work you do.
The payment will depend on the complexity of the model, the amount of work required, and the client's budget.
Ownership of the model/ end product will remain with Vanishing Point or the client.

Depending on the project, the modeller will be required to follow specific guidelines, usually based on the requirements/ specifications of the client.
You must be dedicated and be able to take suggestions, feedback, and constructive criticism in order to meet the client's needs.

The modeller must be willing to work on a schedule.
When a new project becomes available, we'll ask you for an estimated time of completion. If you're selected for a project, you will be required to complete the project within that timeframe.

Although this may seem like an obvious statement, we do NOT require you to travel anywhere. Anyone, from around the world, is welcome to apply.
If a project disallows vendors outside of the United States, this will be highlighted in the projects requirements.

NDA and contracts:
If you are hired for a project, you must be willing to sign both a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and a contract which outlines such specifics as compensation, schedules, etc.

.: We're Buying Models :.
Are you a 3d modeller? Do you know a 3d modeller? Do you like to make models but you don't want the hassle of packaging your model for sale and then waiting for the monthly trickle of commission payments?
Vanishing Point is looking for people who are looking to sell their models.

Details:

This is a paid offer and payment will depend on the complexity of the model.
We can offer a higher price if you're willing to do extras to make the product more marketable, such as including promotional images, etc.
Please keep in mind that you'll be selling us the copyright, ownership, and resale rights to the model/ product.

We would like to see your previous work, so please have a website or portfolio ready to show.

Models/ products will be judged on how well we think the model will sell to our audience.
We can't guarantee we'll buy everything, but we'll gladly see what you have to offer.
