Product Description
A set of light-weight modular wall sections to build your own sci-fi hallways or corridors.
Hallway Sections
The following hallway sections are included:
Corner Left, 775 polygons.
Corner Right, 775 polygons.
Hallway End (with opening door), 4,781 polygons.
Base Hallway Section, 3,099 polygons.
Hallway with Opening Door on Left, 7,415 poylgons.
Hallway with Opening Door on Right, 7,415 polygons.
Presets
The following presets are included:
Preset 01: Shorter hallway (4 Hallway Sections), a Door Left, and a door at the end of the hallway.
Preset 02: Shorter hallway (4 Hallway Sections) and a Corner Left at the end of the hallway.
Preset 03: Same as Preset #2, but with a Corner Right at the end of the hallway.
Preset 04: Mid-length hallway (5 Hallway Sections), a "+" intersection in the middle, and a Corner Right at the end of the hallway.
Preset 05: Same as Preset #4, but with a door at the end of the hallway.
Preset 06: Longer hallway (7 Hallway Sections) with a door at the end of the hallway.
Hallway Section Detailing
Each of the hallway sections includes a right wall, a left wall, a ceiling, and a floor... all of which can be hidden, depending on the needs of your scene.
Some hallway sections include "roundels" on the walls:
-These can be removed or repositioned, making it perfect for any kind of scene, whether you want the roundels or need someone repairing the section underneath.
-The section beneath the roundels is its own material- make your own "wiring" texture maps!
The "Hallway with Door" models include an opening and closing door (with ERC dial on the BODY). In fact, the doors can open right AND left. What`s on the other side of the door? That`s up to you!
Use the "Corner Left" and "Corner Right" pieces to add a curve at the end of the hallway. This gives the illusion that the hallway keeps going... a favorite trick used in Star Trek, Star Wars, and other sci-fi movies.
Textures
All parts have been UV mapped.
Texture templates are included.
The hallway sections are designed to be a reflective white color, so no textures are needed for the walls themselves.
Textures maps are included for the "wiring" beneath the roundels.
MAT Poses
Includes two sets of MAT poses for each hallway section:
"NoReflect"... no reflections
This is designed for users of Poser 4, Pro Pack, and Poser Artist, and anyone who would rather not wait for ray-traced reflections.
"Reflect"... uses ray-traced reflections
This is designed for users of Poser 5 and above. Don`t forget to enable raytracing in the Firefly Renderer (with at least 4 ray bounces).
