This prop is based on a Main Street building in Coalville, Utah and is suitable for many eras in small town or urban settings. The model does not include interior rooms.

The package includes additional props:
  • Aphalt surface prop for street or parking lot
  • Sidewalk prop (Increase Scale X and Scale Z values and it also makes a good cement parking lot)
  • Awning prop for a bit of shade over the sidewalk.
  • "Boarded up" prop for "Skid row" scenes.
