Product Description
The mystery of the destroyed house:
The traveler fought his way through the never ending entanglement of vines, branches and fallen trees that seemed to leap up to block his path. `Path? What path?` he wondered to himself.
His legs snagged on thorns as he neared what seemed to be a clearing. He felt cool wind cross his dirty face and he stopped and closed his eyes a moment to enjoy it before pressing through the last few bushes to fall to the ground in the clearing and wait for his body to stop throbbing from the assault of the forest. He was free of its entanglement.
He looked up and his eyes drank in the site before him. The area did not look old, but quite recent. It was an older style village, buildings scattered in a semi-circle design around the city fountain which no longer brought water forth from the ground. A barn to his left, wind mill behind it and closest to him was a destroyed house up on stone arches. He half crawled and stumbled over to it to examine it closer.
The spiral stair case looked rickety, broken and completely unstable. To the opposite end of the house was a platform staircase that was still in remarkably good condition so he opted for that route. Upon entering what was left of the old building, he noticed an entire wall was missing as if something beyond age had removed it. `Perhaps an explosion of some kind,` he thought to himself. He moved around walls that would separate the small, but obvious, individual rooms to the other side to look down at the spiral stairwell. Definitely unstable.
He ventured back inside the broken house and looked back out over the town. It was as if a war of some kind or if time itself had broken this perfectly secluded town into pieces.
The traveler decided to settle down for the night, spreading his tent over the top of the house using the rafters as braces to protect himself from the elements.
The Lightwave version of the Destroyed House includes the LWO object file and one set of high resolution texture maps.
