DownTown and Dirty - Texture expansion set for Lygher Xero`s Housing Project.
Despite the best wishes of the City Council - a lack of investment and the closure of the Donkey Smelting Factory means the DownTown Housing area has been slowly sliding into decay.
Now a no-go zone for the cops, the decent folks have all left and the only people moving in are the dealers, tarts and assorted scumbags. So if your poser people need to get down and dirty this is the place to be...
Just don`t forget to pack a very large handgun.

(ONE) Hi-res Replacement Texture set for each of the 5 (FIVE) Houses.
(ONE) Lo-res Replacement Texture set for each of the 5 (FIVE) Houses.
(ONE) Replacement Texture set for the "Neighborhood" lot.
(ONE) Replacement Texture set for the Road extension.
(12) MAT poses to switch between this and the original clean texture sets or to switch between Hi-res and Lo-Res maps.
