The USS Reliant, NCC-1864, from Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan.
The USS Reliant was a 23rd century Federation Miranda-class starship operated by Starfleet. In 2285, the Reliant was commanded by Captain Terrell but was later taken over by Khan and his followers, who then pursued the USS Enterprise. After a battle with the Enterprise, Khan detonated the Genesis device onboard the Reliant, causing its destruction.
